The Oklahoma Guardian Ad Litem Institute is pleased to invite you to join us for a silent auction from 5-8 p.m. on September 28, at Rococo-Northpark.
Items up for auction include Kendra Scott jewelry, work from local artists, gift baskets, hand-crafted home goods, and more.
All of the proceeds from this event will be used to help the Institute represent Oklahoma's most vulnerable children as they make their way through family court. It promises to be a fun evening, and we hope you'll come by, enjoy a drink, and bid on some fabulous items.
We appreciate your support.

The court system can be intimidating and frightening for thousands of innocent children caught in the midst of legal battles over their future. It is especially difficult for children in families of middle to lower income to afford to hire a separate attorney to serve as a guardian ad litem for their children. Our goal is to be a voice for these children in representing their best interests in the court system and to assist other child advocates by providing convenient access to legal resources, training and advocacy resources.
Oklahoma has a long history of appointing guardians ad litem for children. While our direct services to children are limited to those whose family have limited financial resources, we offer training and resources to all guardians ad litem in Oklahoma.
There is a consistent outcry throughout the United States for legal services and help to families with limited income in the legal system. Read this article from the Associated Press on legal services needed for low income families. The Oklahoma Guardian Ad Litem Institute provides these services for the most important people in litigation over custody and visitation - the children.
